President- Kelleny Solarte

Hello Dragon Families! A little about me and my family. Me and my husband have two beautiful boys. Chalym and Kalyx. Kalyx is 15 months so he has a little time before he gets to join the world of education. Chalym is in 3rd grade with Mrs. Medrano in the dual immersion program. This is our third year as a Dragon Family. This is my second year as the President of the PFC. I believe that every contribution is important. 5 minutes of your time or every meeting and event I will take anything I can get from each parent. I am excited for this year and all the fun we will have. If you see me at pick up feel free to come up to me and say Hi!

Vice President- Angelica Spade

Hello Dragon Parents! My name is Angelica, this is my second year participating in the Parent Faculty Club at Sycamore. I am passionate about working with children and I love supporting my daughter's school in any way that I can. Through the PFC, I've been able to connect with likeminded parents and get involved in the organization of school functions like the Trunk-or-treat, Spike's Santa Shop, and the Spring Carnival. Participation in the PFC has brought me closer to the parents, students, and staff at Sycamore. It has also helped me feel more connected with the school community and campus. We would love nothing more than to build a strong network of generous adults who love being involved in their student's lives. If you feel called to connect with us and have an inside look at the functions of your child's school, join us at our next monthly meeting!

Secretary- Nicole Bayless

I am the mother of Sophia, 1st grader in Dual immersion (Mrs. Fraser) and bonus mom to a freshman at Shasta College and a junior at Foothill High School.  I have been a 911 dispatcher for 13 years. My husband is retired from corrections and currently is a stay-at-home dad.

I enjoy crafts like crocheting and diamond painting, reality TV, our pets (we have 2 dogs, 4 cats, a parakeet and 9 chickens!) and swimming in our pool.

Our family is also active in Cub Scouts, Sophia is a Tiger this year.

I am involved in the PFC because I think it's important to be a part of the school community; giving input as a parent, teaching my children about community service, and helping create fun and educational opportunities for the kids of Sycamore!
